PhazeRo Executive Director, Masoud Al Rawahi participated in a panel discussion at the OEC Conference on Empowering Youth and Women Entrepreneurs.

Joining Masoud was the SVP of Operations & Co-founder of Al Rudha, Oman’s premier co-working space, Co-founder & CTO of markeetex, Joy Aljouni Co-founder and CMO of Fetchr and moderated by HE Lena Werikat, UNICEF Representative to Oman.

They explored the current state of entrepreneurial ecosystem, the strides made in the region thus far and the importance of experiential education, evidence-based policy and role-models, particularly for women, to propel our nascent regional ecosystem forward to truly unlock the latent GenU potential.
