This January, Phaze Ventures and PDO launched Cohort 3 as part of their accelerator program. This virtually held launch event had over 160 attendees, including Raoul Restucci, MD of PDO, Haifa Khaifi, CEO of Energy Development Oman, and Abdullah Al-Shaksy, Co-founder and CEO of Phaze Ventures, as well as various stakeholders and senior industry executives.

During the event, startups from Cohorts 1 and 2 gave updates of their progress and future plans. Masoud Al Rawahi, CEO and Founder of PhazeRo presented their integrated solutions towards the limited talent pools faced locally and globally. This process revolves around efficient talent acquisition, learning and development, and deployment.

Masoud had also highlighted PhazeRo’s plans moving forward, including the building and implementation of developer tools that will enable the software of the future to be built.
