PhazeRo participates in AI Hackathon Tunisia as a diamond sponsor and challenge participants

Started from the 20th to 22nd of September 2019, the biggest AI/ML hackathon challenge in Africa where participants joined from around the world, 80 competing groups and partners from Google, Expensya, Instadeep, PhazeRo and others. First 20 hours were machine learning individual challenge where participants worked on three themes: AI vision, predictive analytics and NLP. The next 24 hours is also machine learning challenge by team/startup, each team provided a solution to fix a real problem related to AI/MI technologies.

AI/ML hackathon is the biggest hachathon in MENA region promoting innovation and geared toward those who are excited and passionate about Artificial Intelligence technologies.

Three teams from PhazeRo joined the competitions in which one of them made it to the top ten. The managing director of PhazeRo Masoud Al Rawahi was in the judging panel for the last two rounds. Masoud also presented venture capitals (VCs) role on high tech entrepreneurship and PhazeRo’s mission for talent up-skilling.
